Our Vacation in Florida
March 2000
For our first vacation this year, we did something different.
We went to visit our Grand Parents in Florida. We spent two weeks
with Grandma and Grandpa Chipman. Dad was only there for one week
because he had to work the first week in Cincinnati. That was
OK with us.
For the first week, it wasn't very warm. But the pool was
heated and we had a lot of fun. We really like playing in water.
Grandma's hot tub was another great place to play. The bubbles
were lots of fun. It was warmer the second week and we spent a
lot of time playing outside.
Grandma and Grandma have three cockatiels. One of them, Lucky,
liked to sit on our shoulder and watch us play gameboy. Alex played
a lot of Gameboy the first week and spent a lot of time with Lucky.
We think Lucky might miss us.
Grandma and Grandpa Mickle also came to visit while we were
there. It was nice to see them too.
After two weeks we had to fly back to France. We had a lot
of fun but Dad had to go back to work and we had to go back to
school.
